Welcome to Bashley Books. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and any digital products purchased from us, including but not limited to "Am I Quietly Settling? A Relationship Clarity Workbook" ("Products"). By purchasing a Product or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

Bashley Books is a digital product business creating relationship clarity and emotional reflection tools for women. You can reach us at hello@bashleybooks.com.

2. Digital Products

All Products sold by Bashley Books are digital, downloadable goods delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped. Upon purchase, you will receive access to download your Product via a secure link. It is your responsibility to save your Product to a personal device once downloaded.

3. License to Use

When you purchase a Product, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use it for your own individual purposes.

You may not:

- Resell, redistribute, or share your Product with others

- Upload the Product to file-sharing sites, group drives, or public platforms

- Use the Product's content to create a derivative product for sale

- Claim authorship of the Product's content

All content, design, and materials within Bashley Books Products remain the intellectual property of Bashley Books and are protected by copyright law.

4. Payment and Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed securely through our checkout provider (ThriveCart) using PayPal. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge for the listed amount.

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Customers)

Because our Products are digital content delivered immediately upon purchase, and in accordance with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby waive your statutory right of withdrawal once download access has been provided. This waiver is confirmed at checkout.

6. Refunds

Due to the instant, downloadable nature of our Products, all sales are generally final. If you experience a technical issue with your download or believe you were charged in error, please contact us at hello@bashleybooks.com within 14 days of purchase and we will review your request in good faith.

7. Not Professional Advice

Bashley Books Products are designed for self-reflection, education, and personal growth purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional therapy, counseling, legal advice, or medical care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services in your area.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bashley Books is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our Products or website. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the Product in question.

9. Third-Party Services

Our website and checkout process rely on third-party services, including but not limited to Squarespace (website hosting), ThriveCart (checkout), PayPal (payment processing), and Kit (email communications). Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or Products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the U.S. Virgin Islands, without regard to conflict of law principles.
